Villa Renata – Dechoumenes Beach, Corfu

LOCATION: Villa Renata is located directly on the stone/sandy beach of Dechoumenes, only 1 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Gordios.
Direct access to the almost private beach where you can swim in crystal clear waters.

VILLA: Comfortable villa in a quiet, secluded location, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, away from mass tourism. This beach house is 90 sqm and is located on a fenced 2000 sqm plot with a beautiful garden.
Inside the property there is plenty of open space for guests, lawn sunbathing area, thermal jacuzzi, garden furniture, sun loungers, cozy barbecue area and outdoor shower.
Direct access to the beach. Privacy and private beach area. Naturism is allowed but not compulsory. This absolutely quiet location guarantees rest and relaxation! Two sea canoes are available to customers.
Ideally suited for guests who want to experience a relaxing beach holiday right by the sea.
A vehicle is recommended as the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, bars and shops are around 1 km from Agios Gordios beach.

Cleaning, towel and bed linen change twice a week.

GROUND FLOOR: fully equipped kitchen with dining area,
Separate living room (sofas that can sleep 2 more people),
Air conditioning, satellite TV, internet
Large bathroom (shower/toilet), washing machine.
Spacious terrace with beautiful sea views.

FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms with beautiful sea views.
Small bathroom (sink/toilet)
